The staff is casually welcoming, the atmosphere is wonderfully simultaneous in its ways of being modern and rustic. The FOOD was amazing, hands down. “ Someone recommended this place to us. I'm not too familiar with Rockford but if I'm ever back I will stop by this place. Service was awesome. Hostess sat us right away. Server was there a couple min later and she was great. Believe her name was Kendra. We got our drinks. Smoked old fashioned was good, a little sweeter than I make them but still good. The fries with truffle salt were wonderful. The pizza was fantastic. A nice change from the usual Midwest flat crust or deep dish. Crust was delicious, and fresh mozzarella. It's a 12 in pizza, I probably could have eaten it all but I was left with 2 slices and my wife ate half of hers. Made for a delicious breakfast the next morning. ”

“ The building and the flooring aren't impressive, but the smell of those ovens when you walk in is enthralling. The service was really great, and the food was amazing. We had the Tuscan fries, the brucheta, a BBQ chicken pizza, a chicken bacon ranch pizza, a Margherita pizza, a loaded potato pizza, a salad, a creme brulee, 808 cheesecake, and a chocolate Gelato. We'll definitely be heading back again. ”

Even when you order 3 or more of them they all come out still steaming from the oven, so make sure you have drinks on hand in order to not burn your mouth, we had a hard time not digging in immediately to these delicious pies! A Raspberry/Hyacinth Marg to finish it off. Kendra C was my server...very very nice job! She was courteous, attentive and expeditious. Stop in and say “hi”! Highly recommended! ”
